Terms & Conditions – FRU e.U.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop or social media channels (e.g., Instagram) by consumers residing in the European Union.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product presentation does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail/DM or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are final; no VAT due to small business regulation (§6 UStG AT)
Payment via bank transfer or payment link (SumUp)
Payment is due immediately after ordering

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery only within the EU
Austria: free of charge
Other EU countries: shipping costs are borne by the customer (informed before ordering)
Delivery time: approx. 2–5 business days after payment

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract from receipt of the goods
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights according to Austrian law apply.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

Liability only for intent and gross negligence. Minor negligence only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, court of jurisdiction: Deutschkreutz
UN Sales Convention (CISG) excluded
